For instance, consider the following description: The paper entitled 'Annotations with EARMARK for arbitrary, overlapping and out-of order markup' was submitted to DocEng 2009 on 24 April 2009 at 13:18. At noon on 26 April, when the authors received acknowledgement of safe receipt of the paper from the conference editorial committee, the paper was considered 'under review' until 27 May at 17:38. In this example there are at least two different statuses assigned to the document.
